PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

  • DEPOSIT:

All deposits must be made at front desk upon booking.

Our packages includes up to 12 children (Princess pamper), up to 16 children (Tiffany Spa), and up to 16 children for any party in the Bubble Gum Room, if you have less you will still need to pay the base package price.

 

  • DEPOSIT PAYMENT:

A Non - refundable $100 deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking. Deposit is deducted from total party cost.

 

  • PARTY CANCELLATIONS:

We do not give refunds for cancellations or change of minds. Parties may be postponed to an alternative date if available.

 

  • FINAL PAYMENT:

Your party final payment must be made 7 days before your party date.  Please note that the party balance will need to be settled in person at front desk.

 

  • GERNERAL DISCLAIMER:

Decorati accept no responsibility for any injuries or accidents involving children or their families at our centre. It is your responsibility as the adult carer or parent of the children to ensure their safety at all times. One parent of the birthday child must remain on the premises and is responsible for all children for the duration of the party.

 

  • CENTRE SIZE:

Please remember that our Centre has a maximum capacity and this is a legal requirement pertaining to the entire building for safety purposes. 

Group sizes more than this are too large for our Centre as it inhibits space for children activities and games.

             

  • DAMAGE TO THE CENTRE:

Any damage to the kids’ equipment, theme/decorations or facilities incurred during a party is to be paid by the Hirer.
