•  ENROLMENTS:

All Class bookings must be made at front desk at enrolment time. Fees are payable by the term upfront.

When making a booking you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions on payment.

• REFUND POLICY:

We do not give refunds if you change your mind or if the day doesn’t suit.

• MAKEUP LESSON POLICY:

In the event your child is unable to attend a class, a make-up class may be available if we have had prior warning of non-attendance. No phone call, your child is marked absent and no makeups class will be issued. A maximum of two (2) make-up classes per term are available. A booked make up class counts even if you do not attend – unless you have given at least 24 hours notice. Please do not just turn up to a class expecting to attend.  You need to make up your missed class during the term – it is not transferable to a future term.

Makeup lessons are not given to other siblings and are not transferable to another family.

• PARENTAL PARTICIPATION FOR CLASSES WITH CHILDREN 0-5YRS OLD: 
  Parents/Guardians are required to be present for the whole duration of each class. This encourages your child to focus and learn and make the class run smoothly. In the unlikely event that your child requires first aid during our classes, this will remain the responsibilty of the parent.

 

• PUBLIC HOLIDAYS:

Classes do not take place on public holidays or during school holidays.

• CHANGE OF CLASS DAYS:

Is only applicable due to numbers. Please contact us for availability.

• CLASS TIMETABLE CHANGES:

Decorati reserve the right to amend the timetable at any given time with regard to class numbers and popularity.
