Conditions of Entry 

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone in our centre, we ask that you follow a few simple rules that also form part of our conditions of entry:​

DISCLAIMER:

Decorati accept no responsibility for any injuries or accidents involving children or their families at our centre. It is your responsibility as the Parent/Guardian of the children to ensure their safety at all times.

USE OF PLAY EQUIPMENT:

• The Active Play equipment is only suitable for children up to the age of 10 years.  

• Adults & children MUST wear socks at all times whilst in the Play Arena. There are no exceptions! No rough pleay will be tolerated. You child will be asked to exit the playzone if found being rough.

• No form of bullying will be tolerated and any person doing so will be asked to leave the centre.

 

PRAMS:

As our classes are on the Mezzanine level via stairs, Parents with prams may leave their prams downstairs in the foyer, or must fold the pram to carry up the stairs, we encourage you to carry your baby rather than use your pram.  Decorati is not responsible for any damages to, loss of, or theft of personal property.

CHILDREN SUPERVISION:

• All children must be accompanied and supervised by their Adult/Guardian.

• Parents/Guardians should be aware that whilst every effort has been made to ensure the safety of children using the play equipment, they must supervise their own children at all times.

NO PERMITTED:

Please do not bring in food products with nuts as we are now a Nut Free zone.

No alcoholic beverages are to be brought into our Centre as Decorati is an alcohol free zone.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS:

Decorati accepts no responsibility for any damage or loss of personal belongings.

PHOTO POLICY:

Taking photos and videos of your own children having fun is allowed. However, please try to avoid photographing or filming other children.

We often take pictures during classes, birthday parties, and other events. We reserve the right to use these photographs for promotional materials, which may or may not include social media, and/or, website photo gallery, etc. No compensation is paid for use of these photos.

CLASS POLICY:

• EATING DURING CLASS:

Only water bottles are to be brought into the room. Once class is finished food/drinks may be consumed.

• PHONES DURING CLASS:

Parents/Guardians who are participating in our class with their child are asked to please turn phones to silent.

• DAMAGE TO DECORATI PROPERTY:

Any damage to the room, equipment and facilities is to be paid by the Parent/Guardian.
