Mums and Bubs Yoga
Please come along once your baby is 6 weeks old (or 10-12 weeks old if you have had a Caesarean) – to crawling age.
BENEFITS FOR MUMS:
Post Natal yoga includes poses to help rebuild your core strength, tone your body, strengthen pelvic floor muscles, realign the hips and sacrum, build back and abdominal strength.
We will also work on releasing the built up muscle tension, particularly around the neck and shoulders, from breast feeding and carrying your newborn.
Classes will allow you to reconnect with yourself emotionally, mentally and physically.
Yoga will assist you to balance hormones, energise and awaken the body and mind.
You'll meet other mums who live nearby - grab a coffee after class at the Canteen so don't be shy!
BENEFITS FOR BUBS:
Yoga will improve your baby’s digestion, assist with sleep wake cycles, develop co-ordination, motor skills and muscle tone.
Classes are suited for newborns until they start crawling.
Cost:

Term 4 schedule as of Monday 30th October 2017
Mondays at 9:30am with Teresa. Purchase a 5 week special pack from week 4 - week 8 for $65.00.
Fridays - on waiting list.

Every possible effort is made to deliver classes and services on time as advertised. However, the schedule is subject to change or cancellation.

Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for stretching. Yoga is done barefoot.

Mats, Towel and Water: Yoga mats are provided at no charge for all yoga classes. Please bring a water bottle, hand towel and a blanket/muslin wrap to plave your baby on.

Items to bring: Please and anything for your baby that makes them feel comfortable for e.g. dummy, blanket
What if my baby cries?

That is perfectly fine and normal! Remember everyone in class has a baby and they will have different needs at different times. If your baby is cries, feed them, comfort them, change them. Don't worry you won't disrupt class.
Cancellation/Refund policy:

We do not give refunds if you change your mind or if the day doesn’t suit. (Refunds may be requested due to an unexpected family move or serious illness necessitating withdrawal from class and will be considered on a case by case basis)

If there are insufficient students, or if an instructor has an emergency Decorati reserves the right to cancel the class, you will be notified by email as soon as possible, and you will receive a full refund for the one class.
No show policy:
Absence to a class is not refundable.
