TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

• When making a booking via email, in person or over the phone you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions on payment.

• Bookings: An enrolment form is required each time your child attends our School Holiday Workshops.

• Advanced Bookings are required to ensure your child/ren have a place in the program, as places are limited.

• Once completed enrolments have been received your booking will be confirmed once processed by our  Administration Team. Please allow up to48 hours for your enrolment to be processed.

• Confirmation and Cancellations: Once Enrolment has been processed, confirmation will be given via email or phone. No refunds will be given on any amendments or cancellations after confirmation.

• Parents are required to stay with their children who are under the age of 3.

• Attendance: If your child/ren are unable to attend the program due to illness or other reasons you need to contact the Centre to inform us.

• PUBLIC HOLIDAYS: Classes do not take place on public holidays.

• CLASS TIMETABLE CHANGES: Decorati reserve the right to amend the timetable at any given time with regard to class numbers and popularity.

• DAMAGE TO DECORATI PROPERTY: Any damage to the room, equipment and facilities is to be paid by the attendee (child parents)
