HOW TO BOOK:

  • Please book an appointment to make your deposit and complete booking form at the centre. A Non - refundable $100 deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking. Deposit is deducted from total party cost.

IMPORTANT PARTY GUIDELINES:

  • ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:

Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your party as staff are busily focused on resetting the Centre for you and your guests.

Decorati allows you 10 minutes after for goodbyes. The rooms and adult seating area will need to be cleaned and reset up for the next activity or event.

Please note arrival and departure out of the given times will result in a $50.00 surcharge.

 

  • SOCKS:

Socks must be worn in the play area zone.

           

  • GUESTS:

All adult guests will be admitted free, any siblings not attending the party will be admitted at the casual entry fee, regardless of age. Your group will have a table with 12 chairs reserved in the Playzone area.

 

  • PRAMS:

Parents with prams may leave their prams downstairs in the foyer, or must fold the pram to carry up the stairs. Decorati is not responsible for any damages to, loss of, or theft of personal property.

  

  • CHILDREN SUPERVISION:

Parental supervision is required at all times within the Decorati centre. Please note while your party host will assist with your children’s games and serve refreshments, parental supervision is required at all times within the Decorati centre.

Children of age 3 years and under must have a guardian or parent stay with them throughout the duration of the party.

 

  • GIFTS:

Please bring a bag for all your birthday gifts.  Decorati does not accept responsibility for lost gifts. We recommend your child opens his/her gifts at your home.

 

  • FOOD/DRINKS:

Decorati is a nut-free zone, management of children’s allergies is the responsibility of the Hirer. Parents of children with allergies must stay during the party duration and oversee this process.

You can bring your own food platters, plastic plates, plastic cutlery, napkins, and plastic cups on the day. We do not have a fridge to put your items in, you must keep it on your table as you arrive. You must take away any of your rubbish.

No, alcoholic beverages are to be brought into our venue as Decorati is an alcohol free zone.

No cakes can be stored in our kitchen or in our fridge. We recommend a small cake just for the children, and keep this on your nominated table until cake time.

Drinks can be purchased at our canteen counter. We do not have soft drinks available for purchase. We are trying to keep a healthy approach and limit sugar here at Decorati. You may bring your own drinks if you prefer. Just advise at time of booking.

 

  • DECORATIONS:

Decorati does not allow the use of decorations to be affixed to our walls, ceilings or doors. We do not allow piñatas, confetti, glitter, sparkler candles or party poppers into our Centre.

 

  • ITEMS YOU MUST TAKE WITH YOU:

Everything you bring into the Centre must also leave the Centre.  This includes cake boxes, leftover food platters and any cutlery you bring. Unfortunately we do not have the facilities to discard these items.
